Charter Hall Retail REIT has picked up the pace reworking its portfolio, selling the three small shopping centres for the combination of $91 million combined.
The properties are spread across the country: a freestanding Woolworths neighbourhood centre at Wynyard in Tasmania, the Albany Creek Square mall in Brisbane, and Renmark Plaza in South Australia. The deals all handled by JLL,were broadly in line, with assets book’ values.
