The $180 million town centre, is set to transform the local landscape, creating a modern, thriving retail precinct with a strong focus on community engagement and sustainability.

Scheduled for completion in the last quarter of 2026, Chisholm Plaza will be a state-of-the-art destination, bringing critical infrastructure to the Waterford Estate and greater Maitland area.

The development is designed with the future in mind, focusing on sustainability and energy efficiency, with ample green spaces and public areas that foster social interaction and promote a healthy lifestyle. Construction on this exciting project is expected to commence in March 2025, with a sod-turning ceremony at the site to mark the milestone occasion scheduled for the 5th of March at 10am. We invite all media, public and others to attend the event.
