Box Hill Village, Located on the corner of Nelson and Waters Lane, this project promises to bring a new level of convenience and community to the area.
Dual anchored by full-line Woolworths Supermarkets and Dan Murphy’s the Village Centre will offer a comprehensive shopping experience catering to a diversity of needs. Alongside the supermarket and liquor store, will be over 40 specialty retailers and restaurants, including a second supermarket and over 3000m2 of medical and allied health services.
Spanning across a land size of 22,000m2, the Village Centre will have a total Net Lettable Area (NLA) of 14,000m2. The development will feature underground and street-level parking, accommodating more than 500 cars, ensuring ample space for shoppers and visitors.
The Village Centre’s layout has been carefully designed to optimise functionality and convenience. The lower ground floor will feature underground parking and retail spaces, while the ground floor will host the retail supermarket and additional parking facilities. On level 1, there will be a large format medical and allied health precinct, offering essential healthcare services to the community.
With a primary trade area of up to 17,749 residents, the centre will be a vital destination serving the needs of the growing Box Hill population. Furthermore, the development will include a 140+ place childcare centre on-site, demonstrating a commitment to supporting families within the community. Within the vicinity of the centre will be the future NSW Community & Leisure Centre which will further enhance the area’s appeal, providing additional opportunities for recreational activities.
