Revelop buys Woolies shopping centre for $13 million

Property group Revelop has acquired a freestanding Woolworths Rosehill in Sydney’s west for $13 million at a fully leased net yield of 5.3 per cent from Charter Hall Retail REIT.

The 2440-square-metre supermarket and liquor store BWS has 99 on-grade car spaces on a 4012sq m site.

“The speed with which this off-market transaction took to complete reflects the current strong demand within the market for standalone supermarket assets,” agent Stonebridge Property Group director Philip Gartland said.
