Independent and privately owned with more than 15 years’ experience in the industry, Revelop has one of the fastest growing portfolios within the retail, commercial and residential sector, with a development pipeline sitting at $1 billion.

Through innovative and sustainable strategies in all facets of the retail property industry; from acquisition, to building design, development, leasing and marketing, Revelop recognises the importance of creating destinations and connecting communities through the right mix of prime retailers, recreational and essential service providers, as well an array of desirable food outlets to establish the ultimate ‘one-stop-shop’ solution.

CITY CROSS, SA
From the injection of upscale eateries, fashion, essentials, health, beauty and entertainment retailers to round out the existing mix of favourites such as Harvey Norman, Rebel and Chemist Warehouse, the rejuvenation will mark City Cross as a must-visit destination for Adelaide CBD workers, families and visitors of all ages.

The design overhaul will be home to more than 70 retail tenants, ten new office tenants and a boutique food hall to boot. City Cross will welcome new retail partners including flagship stores for Vans, Forever New and Sheike, the expansion of existing tenant Archer & Holland, as well as House of Polish.

The visionary design by Buchan Group, was inspired by benchmarks of the likes of Pitt Street Mall in Sydney, Collins Street in Melbourne and fashion precincts across Europe, with soaring brick arches for the exterior facade and a complete modernised interior, boasting an open plan and premium materials; terrazzo, natural brick and white oak timber in conjunction with lush greenery to create a welcoming space.

NEWTON VILLAGE, SA
Revelop purchased neighbourhood centre Newton Village in March 2020 and during the past 18 months has completed a leasing strategy resulting in all 16 vacancies filled. In addition to the existing supermarket anchors (Woolworths and Coles), Revelop welcomed a third supermarket to the mix, renowned South Australian providore Tony & Mark’s. Both internal and external refurbishments were executed with a spend of more than $10 million.

Mid 2021, Revelop purchased the adjacent shopping centre, providing the scope to expand Newton Village even further. Revelop engaged with BN Group Architects to design Stage 2 that will allow for a fourth anchor, a smaller mini major with the addition of more than 3,000m2 NLA, a 100-place childcare, drive-through fast food offering, external gym and restaurants.

Upon completion, Stage 2 will increase the NLA from 9,800m2 to 13,800m2.

CALDERWOOD VILLAGE, NSW
Situated in the master planned community of Calderwood Valley, currently being developed by Lendlease, the town is perfectly positioned in the heart of the Illawarra region, sitting between Illawarra Escarpment and the coast of the Pacific Ocean. More than 6,000 homes will be built within the estate, prompting macro-growth to the surrounding precincts of Tullimbar and Albion Park.
Revelop was specifically selected by Lendlease to work on the Calderwood Village Centre after successfully delivering on another village centre in its development at Bingara Gorge.

In mid 2021, Revelop acquired the town centre from Lendlease and in consultation with Shellharbour City Council, commenced plans with BN Group Architects. The design was also workshopped with major retailers taking interest in the centre, and found favour with the supermarket sector among other operators. Construction is expected to commence in late 2022 with completion by late 2023.

FORESTWAY SHOPPING CENTRE, NSW
Situated 13km from Sydney CBD and 8km from Dee Why Beach, Forestway Shopping Centre has a prime location servicing the neighbourhood surrounds of Frenchs Forest, Belrose, Forestville, Oxford Falls, Beacon Hill and Allambie Heights.

Within just six months from acquisition of the shopping centre, Revelop already has refurbishment works underway for Stage 1.

The upgrade involves the addition of exciting new retailers in conjunction with modern structural design concepts for both internal and external. The centre’s new look and feel takes direction from the natural landscape; timber finishes, stone pave ways and lush landscaping. Higher ceilings and large-scale skylights will bring the outside in, to create a light, open and airy presence to the space.

The first stage also includes the upgrade to the southern portion of the centre where Guzman Y Gomez and Chargrill Charlie’s will be joining new retailers Vintage Cellars and Crave Nutrition, plus the relocation of current retailer The Flower Hut.

CHISHOLM PLAZA, NSW
Chisholm Plaza will sit proudly on a 6-hectare site within the new AVID Property Group development Waterford, set in the heart of the Hunter Region, amid a community focused on growing families, an active lifestyle and embracing nature. Just 35 minutes’ drive from Newcastle CBD, The Village Centre will service not only the new estate, but also the greater Maitland area, in particular residents of Thornton and Chisholm.

In 2021, Revelop acquired the site and, in consultation with Maitland City Council, commenced a total redesign together with BN Group Architects. Chisholm Plaza is a circa 15,000m2 neighbourhood centre to include dual supermarkets, more than 20 specialty retailers, a swim school, gym, childcare facility, medical/allied health centre, as well as cafés, restaurants and a tavern.
